“My mother died suddenly and Baldauff's was very responsive, kind and caring. They walked me through the entire process and were extremely respectful not only of my family but of my mother. In such a difficult time I was very grateful with their thoughtfulness and professionalism. One thing I liked very much is that they have an onsite crematorium. Somehow that made me feel comforted and it seemed more personal. They offer to let the family view the body before cremation. It is not required but I thought that was a very special touch for those who would like to say a final goodbye to their loved one. I could not be happier with their service and I felt my mom and our family was in good hands.”

“Baldauff has helped my family with both my Mom’s and uncle’s arrangements about a year apart. They were kind and helpful when I went with my step-Dad for my Mom and made everything easy when I had to make arrangements from Maryland for my uncle. They also patiently answered all of my questions because I couldn’t be there to talk everything through. “We lost my mom suddenly in October of last year and our family was recommended to Baldauff Family Funeral Home from friend whose family had previously used their services for a loved one who passed. From the moment Kevin arrived to retrieve my mother he was kind, respectful, and professional. As anyone can imagine it is such an emotional and difficult time and there were so many decisions to make. Kevin helped us through the entire process and had numerous options and vendors we could choose from. Even when we had awkward questions and special requests, he handled us as though we were family and put our worries to rest.  Also when we had an issue with how something turned out he and his team immediately went to work to fix it.
